Home and Away's Levi to demand answers as Mali and Rose cause chaos

 His sister Abigail gets the wrong impression from a Mali and Rose interaction.

Home and Away's Levi Fowler is set to confront Mali Hudson as he and Rose Delaney cause chaos in new scenes.

Next week, Rose will struggle upon learning that brother Xander is leaving Summer Bay for good after securing a permanent job following his Melbourne internship.

She questions whether it is worth even staying in the Bay herself after Xander's exit, and in new scenes airing next Wednesday and Thursday (April 16 and 17), Mali gets wind of Xander's departure.

He cancels dinner plans with Abigail to check Rose is OK, though doesn't admit this to his former girlfriend, and while initially putting on a front, Rose expresses her anger and doubts to him about her own future.

Mali suggests that she use her brother's absence to think about what she wants, and he hugs him after his words of encouragement.

However, the two are unaware that Abigail witnessed that moment, and she is left shocked that her boyfriend appears to be embracing his ex on the night he cancelled plans with her.

Abigail heads home and tells Levi about what she saw, wrongly suggesting that they were all over each other. At the same time, Mali is beaming about Abigail to Rose.

Following his words of encouragement, Rose tells Mali that she has decided to become a detective. Mali shares his support as the two appreciate the strong friendship they've maintained.

However, Levi decides to go and visit Mali, who is unaware of the hurt he has caused Abigail and admits it was easier to lie to her than explain his friendship with Rose.

Levi is having none of it though, declaring that Abigail thinks he is cheating.

What will Mali do next?
