Home and Away star Jason Smith shares exciting family update

 "So proud of our family."

Home and Away star Jason Smith has shared a big family update.

The actor, who played Robbie Hunter on the Australian soap between 2003 and 2006 and was later one of the Power Rangers, announced on social media this week that his brood has gotten a little bigger.

On his Instagram, Jason and his partner Cassidy Creevey wrote: "So excited to introduce our beautiful daughter and Felix's baby sister, Luka. 24.04.25. So proud of our family."

The couple also shared an adorable black-and-white photo of newborn Luka, all wrapped up and getting a cuddle.

The comments were full of people sending the couple their congratulations, including Aussie comedian and YouTuber Natalie Tran, Liam Hemsworth's girlfriend Gabriella Brooks, Aussie singer Madi K, and Chris Hemsworth's assistant/bestie Aaron Grist.

The couple first became parents in 2023, when they welcomed their son Felix into the world.

Over the years, Jason's career has seen him do more than just acting. He released a few songs, hosted a radio show and some Home and Away behind-the-scene specials, and wrote episodes of both his old soap and a later Power Rangers season.

More recently, he's served as a producer on the Australian versions of The Masked Singer and Big Brother, as well as the 2021 season of American game show Name That Tune, which was filmed in Australia due to COVID restrictions.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5, with repeat screenings at 6pm on 5STAR and first-look screenings at 6.30pm on 5STAR. Selected classic episodes are available via Prime Video in the UK.
