Home and Away lines up Rose's replacement as Cash makes a big decision
Rose is leaving Summer Bay.
Home and Away has lined up Rose Delaney's replacement at the police station as she prepares to leave Summer Bay.
On UK screens, Rose recently announced plans to leave Summer Bay to go work as a detective in the city.
She pointed out to her colleague Cash that this paved the way for him to step back into his old role of senior constable, replacing her once she leaves the Yabbie Creek police station.
In scenes set to air next week, Cash isn't keen on the opportunity for a promotion at work, even though everyone around him is encouraging him to go for it.
When his girlfriend Eden tells him to at least talk about the option to return to his old rank, Cash admits the real reason he doesn’t want the job is because he doesn’t want anything to come between them again.
However, Eden reminds him that she fell in love with a leader and this helps him realise that maybe he can have it all.
Cash later decides to apply and to get his life back on its original track. Will he succeed?
"Cash was gutted when he was previously demoted from the post of senior constable," our Home and Away source shares.
"At the time, he got in trouble for breaking the rules by helping Dana Matheson when she was on the run from the law.
"This is Cash's big chance to get his work life back on track - if he can impress his bosses again."
