Home and Away's Roo Stewart to angrily confront Bree Cameron
She wants answers after Alf's health scare.
Home and Away's Roo Stewart demands answers from Bree Cameron on UK screens next week.
Roo is determined to hear the truth when she returns to Summer Bay for the first time since her father Alf's health scare.
Alf was recently rushed to the Northern Districts Hospital after suffering agonising chest pains outside the Surf Club.
Doctor Bree was on duty at the time and nearly killed Alf by hesitating in the heat of the moment, which created a dangerous delay to his treatment.
This week's episodes see Alf question Bree about exactly what happened on the day. They leave the conversation on good terms, but that still doesn't stop Roo from getting involved once she's back in town.
Roo has been away on a round-the-world cruise with her nephew Ryder Jackson, so Alf is surprised to see her back earlier than planned. He guesses that Marilyn Chambers must have asked Roo to check on him, as he's been in a dark place since his near-death experience.
Roo is concerned to hear about Alf's time in hospital and how much he's been struggling since then. Alf then makes matters worse by hinting at the Bree situation, which helps Roo to realise that he still hasn't told her the full story.
Meanwhile, Bree returns from her mental health assessment after receiving an official diagnosis of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). She feels like a weight has been lifted now that she has some clarity and she celebrates with her partner Remi Carter.
Unfortunately, this positive progress coincides with Roo deciding that she wants answers about what happened to Alf. She turns up unannounced to confront Bree, starting an argument as she questions the local doctor's professionalism.
As the situation threatens to spiral out of control, Remi puts his foot down and asks Roo to leave. Alf is also unimpressed when he learns about his daughter's meddling.
Remi decides to prevent any further outbursts from Roo, telling her and Alf in private that Bree has been diagnosed with a mental health condition and needs support rather than condemnation. Will Roo finally drop the issue?
Home and Away airs these scenes on Wednesday, February 5 and Thursday, February 6 on Channel 5.
