Home and Away star Rebecca Breeds announces pregnancy
Two former stars are expecting a baby together.
Home and Away star Rebecca Breeds has announced that she is expecting her first child with husband Luke Mitchell.
The actor, who played Ruby Buckton in the soap, shared a photo on Instagram of herself on the red carpet wearing a long pink dress, in which she has her hand on her baby bump.
"VERY excited to share baby Mitchell and @kangarooislandmovie coming sooooooooon! Thanks @adlfilmfest for having us and everyone who came to support us," she wrote, after attending the premiere of her new movie Kangaroo Island.
Mitchell, who also starred in Home and Away as Romeo Smith, shared the post on his own Instagram Stories, writing alongside it, "I'm the luckiest man, husband & soon to be Dad (!!) in the UNIVERSE".
The couple received congratulations from a number of their former Home and Away co-stars, with Esther Anderson (Charlie Buckton) writing, "Yehhhh!!! Congratulations you guys such great news!!!! X".
Irene Roberts star Lynne McGranger commented, "Congratulations Bec and Luke! Very exciting news", while Jessica McNamee (Lisa Duffy) wrote, "Ahhhhh amazing you guys! This is the best news!"
