Home and Away star gives fans update on her dog that went missing on the other side of the world

 A former Home and Away star has given fans an update on her desperate search for her missing dog.

Kimberley Cooper took to Instagram on Tuesday to reveal that her dog Bella had gone missing in Los Angeles while Cooper was visiting Australia.  

The actress, 44, who now lives in the United States, took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, sending out a panicked message about her lost pooch.

Over a picture of her furry friend, the Australian TV star wrote, 'Please help find Bella.'

However she returned to social media on Thursday with some heartwarming news.

'She's on her way home!' wrote Kimberley, over an image of Bella. 

Kimberley, who played Gypsy Nash on the long-running soap from 1998 to 2011, explained her dog sitter left a gate open and the pup went wandering.

'I'm in Australia and my dog sitter did not know the side gate was open,' the soap star explained.

'My white, Poodle mix girl that's less than a year old got out on the corner of Lindley and Vanowen.'

'She is chipped but won't have a collar on. I am beside myself. Any help would be so greatly appreciated.'

It comes just weeks after Kimberley tied the knot with American fiancée Bryan Crocker. 

The wed Bryan at the Ojai Ranch House in California's Ventura County.

Speaking to New Idea about the big day, Kimberly admitted that she nearly didn't make it to the altar after being struck down by a stomach bug at the last minute.

'I ended up with an upset tummy all weekend,' she revealed.


It comes just weeks after Kimberley tied the knot with American fiancée Bryan Crocker. Both pictured 

'The main thing it buggered up was that I couldn't pull my dress's corset as tight as I wanted to - and I couldn't stomach all the delicious food I'd chosen for everyone.'

Despite the pre-nuptial malady, Kimberley said the day was 'magical'.

The publication reported that Kimberley's bridal party was made up of ten of the couple's closes friends and family members.

The colour theme was the Pride rainbow flag.

It was also reported that each member of the bridal party presented Kimberley with a flower before the ceremony that were hand-tied by Kimberley's mother, which made up the bridal bouquet.

Kimberley's Home And Away alumni  Esther Anderson, who played Charlie Buckton, and Nick Hardcastle, who played Tim O'Connell were in attendance.

It was reported that Bryan, an American businessman who met Kimberley on the dating app Bumble, popped the question over a Thai takeaway in their LA kitchen in 2023.
