Home and Away hunk says sex scenes are a 'nightmare' – but swoons over 'pro' co-star

A Home and Away star has opened up about filming racy scenes and it seems he’s not a fan - but the hunk admitted the experience is made a lot better thanks to his co-star beauty.

A Home and Away star is not too keen on filming saucy sex scenes - so much so he dubbed them as a “nightmare".

Actor James Stewart shot to fame playing Justin Morgan on the Aussie soap - making his debut in 2016. And it’s fair to say he’s become a firm-favourite with viewers.

Especially when the character struck up a romance with Leah Patterson-Baker (Ada Nicodemou). Leah rocked up to Summer Bay back in 2000, and the on-screen couple have played a part in several big storylines.

Last year, they were abducted and left for dead by the notorious Vita Nova cult. Fortunately, things took a happier turn for Leah and Justin and they got engaged.

The happy couple then tied the knot in an emotional episode that aired in April this year. And throughout their on-screen romance, beloved characters Justin and Leah have had their fair share of saucy moments.

But it seems that for actor James, he’s not a fan of filming them. So much so that he dubbed them a “nightmare.”

Speaking to Confidential, James shared his thoughts on shooting sex scenes - and he’s not keen. He explained: “There's 20 other people standing over you.

“It is hot and sweaty, you are in clothes that aren't your own and you are doing your very best to look as charming and debonair as possible. You just hope the director gets a good shot."

However, James noted that the experience is made a lot better thanks to his co-star Ada. He gushed: "It is good to be doing it with Ada because I've known her for almost 20 years and she is an absolute professional."

Ada, who has starred as Leah on Home and Away since 2000, first met James while filming Aussie drama Breakers way back in 1998. They reunited nearly 20 years later, when James, 48, landed the role of Justin in 2016.

Gushing about their 25-year long friendship, James told New Idea: "Working with Ada is always so easy. It’s a joy.”
