Former Home and Away actress Tammin Sursok has revealed the top beauty and lifestyle secrets that have kept her radiant throughout her 20s and 30s.
The Pretty Little Liars star just turned 41 but her glowing complexion often has fans mistaking her for someone 20 years younger.
The mum-of-two relies on a combination of a pescatarian diet, plenty of minerals, herbs, and non-toxic skin and beauty products for her youthful look.
'I've never been a big smoker and I've never taken drugs,' Tammin revealed on social media.
Tammin also shared that the secret to success is finding a type of exercise that suits you and sticking to it.
'I've always been into wellness. I've done yoga and exercise four or five times a week since I was 15-years-old.'
The star also has a consistent skincare routine where she washes her face twice a day and then follows with moisturiser and sunscreen.

Tammin Sursok's fitness routine
The famous actor previously told FEMAIL she times her workouts around her menstrual cycle, preferring to do high intensity sports like running and cycling in the first half and practices like yoga and walks in the second half.
'I follow cycle syncing, which is a practice I learned from a great book called Women Code,' Tammin said.
'The book talks about doing specific workouts depending where you are in your cycle.'
Tammin said that in the first half of her cycle - which is when you typically might feel as though you have the most energy - she does all of her HIIT workouts.
For the actress, this looks like running and cycling.
'Then, in the second half - which begins with ovulation and lasts 14 days - I slow down and focus on yoga and hiking,' Tammin said.
The star revealed her diet and daily routine is the result of years of trial and error to see what works for her body - and that everyone's different
Tammin shared her difficult decision to cut out sugar from her diet in March.
'I had a pretty deep addiction to sugar,' she said on Instagram. 'I needed sugar to the point where I was really moody when I didn't have it.
'I'd also get more anxiety when I ate sugar because my sugar levels would jump and then crash.'
The actor revealed she still eats a lot of fruit because of the fiber and natural sugar does not affect the body the way added sugar does.
Tammin is also pescatarian and shared she eats fish because of the omegas for her brain.
'This form of omegas also dramatically helps my mental health,' she said.
