Coming up on Home and Away, Mali joins forces with the River Boys to avenge Iluka.

Elsewhere, Harper comes clean to Tane, Cash decides to re-join the police, and Dana vows to expose Bronte.

1. Mac lashes out at Mali

Mackenzie keeps vigil at the hospital as Levi remains in a critical condition after being stabbed.

Mali tries to offer his support, but Mac can't get past his involvement in her boyfriend's attack and declares that she doesn't care what happens to Iluka either.

There's a further scare when Levi has to undergo a chest drain, but he's soon awake and cracking jokes. Bree is encouraged by his progress and believes Levi should make a full recovery.

2. Levi's condition takes a sudden turn

Mali still hasn't told Rose the truth about what happened and is determined to reach Iluka before the police do.

While Rose is taking Levi's statement, Mali begs Mac to downplay Iluka's involvement with the Allens. She's raging at first, but reconsiders when Mali asks how she'd feel if it were her own brother.

Before Mac can reach a decision, Levi's emergency monitor sounds – his body is going into spasm.

3. Levi undergoes lifesaving surgery

As Levi is rushed into theatre, distraught Mac breaks down on Rose and admits that Mali was the one who got them into this mess.

Mac then makes a call to Cash to let Eden know that her brother is in a bad way.

Eden turns up to the hospital and watches on from afar, unable to go in but confident that Levi is getting the care he needs.

4. Rose starts to piece things together

There's relief all round when Levi makes it through his surgery. Afterwards Rose confronts Levi and Mac, demanding to know the truth about Mali and Iluka's involvement.

Mac is mindful of Mali's earlier request, but offers up the identities of the Allens.

Levi informs Rose that the clan are holding Iluka hostage, hoping she can help to track him down.

5. There's more bad news for Irene and Leah

Leah and Irene are at odds over Bronte's lawsuit. Irene is determined to help save her lodger's life, but Leah can't believe her business partner would go behind her back like this.

After being warned by Dana that she could lose her friendship, Irene issues a genuine apology to Leah.

The ladies make up, but then get hit by more bad news when a health and safety report concludes the Diner was at fault for the contaminated water.

6. Harper fights her feelings for Tane

Harper offers to look over Tane's youth programme proposal, but her mind is still on their steamy night together at the gym.

Despite their best efforts, John rejects Tane's proposal for the youth programme, leaving him disappointed.

Tane asks Harper if she'll carry on helping with his project, but feeling overwhelmed by her feelings for him, she backs out.

7. Harper drops a bombshell

When Tane pushes for answers, Harper admits she has fallen for him and can't understand why he's acting like nothing happened between them.

Her confession comes as a shock to Tane, who thought Harper only viewed him as friend.

When the pair meet up again later, Harper asks Tane to give her some space, but urges him not to give up on the proposal.

He acts on her advice and confronts John, telling him he's going to make the youth programme happen, with or without his support.

8. Cash reaches a decision

Cash is growing tired of unemployment and is eager to get back to work.

After running into Rose at the hospital and Harper at the surf club, he's reminded by each of his time in the police.

By the end of the day, Cash tells Eden he has made his mind up – he wants to re-join the force.

9. Eden has a change of heart

Kirby is sick and tired of Eden and Remi's lack of ambition and tells them it's time they found themselves jobs.

After their power gets cut off, Eden starts to realise Kirby has a point and asks Felicity if the job at Salt is still going.

Felicity points out it would mean working with Mac, but Eden seems accepting of the idea. Is she starting to warm towards her brother's lover?

10. Mali swears revenge on the Allens

Elandra answers Mali's call for help and arrives in the Bay to join the search for Iluka. But it's Theo who finds their missing brother when he discovers the Allens have left him for dead by the side of a road.

Iluka is rushed to hospital for medical attention, as Mali vows to make the Allens pay for what they've done.

11. Mali joins forces with the River Boys

Ignoring Elandra's pleas, Mali makes contact with the Allens, challenging them to a face-to-face showdown.

Mali also calls in a favour from Dean, who arranges for two River Boys – Rory and Dingo – to accompany him on his mission.

Alarm bells ring for Elandra when Iluka informs her of how dangerous the Allens really are. Fearing the worst, she rings Rose and tells her everything.

12. Rose saves Mali's life

Rose rushes to Mali's rescue and is able to break up his brawl, seconds before Nat Allen is about to stab him.

Witnessing Mali's rage leaves Rose in a state of shock, as she tells Xander she has never seen him like that before.

Meanwhile, Mali is furious with Elandra for calling the police, but she vows to stay put in the Bay until both he and Iluka are back on the straight and narrow.

13. Dana's suspicions about Bronte build

Dana's suspicions over Bronte's terminal illness continue to mount when she spies her dancing around in the Bay.

Xander thinks she's just being cynical, but Dana won't budge and is appalled to hear that Flick is intending to carry on donating to Bronte's crowdfunder.

Later, Dana discovers Bronte is still pursuing the lawsuit against Irene and Leah, which renews her determination to out her as a con artist.

14. Bronte wants rid of Dana

Dana publicly confronts Bronte, accusing her of swindling Irene and trying double dip with the Salt fundraiser.

Xander tries to rein his girlfriend in, but Dana won't let it lie and challenges Bronte once more.

Fearing Dana could jeopardise her plan, Bronte makes a call to her co-conspirator, informing them they've got a problem that needs dealing with.
