Neighbours' Terese Willis to hit rock bottom over Eirini Rising

She questions the future of her new venture.

Neighbours favourite Terese Willis starts to have second thoughts about her Eirini Rising project next week.

Terese becomes worried that the retirement building is doomed to fail because of its proximity to Erinsborough High.

The new venture continued to go wrong last week as troublesome students stole the key to the door which connects the retirement complex and the school.

A stink bomb was set off in the Eirini Rising courtyard, disturbing the residents and sending Terese's stress levels sky high.

Next week, things get worse when more students break in – this time to steal items from the beleaguered residents.

It turns out that the pupils made a copy of the door key when it was briefly stolen, giving them free rein to enter whenever they wish.

The final straw comes when Susan Kennedy disturbs a group of youths who are carrying out their latest robbery.

Susan is pushed to the ground in the disturbance and she injures her wrist. Unable to get back up, Susan is left to cry out in pain until someone comes to the rescue.

In the aftermath, Terese chooses police sergeant Andrew Rodwell as a confidant as her husband Toadie Rebecchi is away visiting his parents.

Terese confesses that she's now starting to fear Eirini Rising was a terrible mistake. While she intended it to bring joy to the community, with the school students peacefully co-existing alongside the elderly residents, it seems to have been cursed from the start.

Meanwhile, Susan tries to appear like she's back to normal following her accident, but she's hiding how she really feels about what happened.

When Susan returns to work, she shares her deepest fears with a worried Karl. Can Terese and Susan both find a way to move forward after another upsetting day?

Neighbours airs these scenes on Monday, June 17 and Tuesday, June 18.

Neighbours releases new episodes from Mondays to Thursdays for free on Amazon Freevee in the UK and US. In Australia, the show airs from Mondays to Thursdays at 4pm on Channel 10, with a 6.30pm repeat screening on 10 Peach.
