Neighbours confirms love triangle and another poisoning in new spoilers

It’s set to be another wild week on Neighbours, as the Eirini Rising staff deal with the fallout of their stinky situation from neighbouring Erinsborough High.

The Amazon Freevee soap will also see Vic Stone (Craig Hall) face a devastating health setback on his trip to the Yarra Valley with kids Nicolette (Hannah Monson) and Byron (Xavier Molyneux).

To make matters worse, his ex-wife Jane (Annie Jones) goes missing in the forrest…

There’s also a big development in Nell (Ayisha Salem-Towner) and JJ’s (Riley Bryant) relationship, whilst the Varga-Murphy family continue to search for the cause of Dex’s (Marley Williams) poisoning.

Holly Hoyland (Lucinda Armstrong-Hall) is on her own mission to find out the culprit, but when another poisoning hits Erinsborough, Leo (Tim Kano) is forced to take drastic action to reclaim his lost finances.

There’s all that and more on Ramsay Street next week, so why not read on and consider me your very own Mrs Mangel – I’m the one with all of next week’s gossip!

Monday June 10

Following this week’s dramatic break in at Eirini Rising – in which a stink bomb was released in the garden – Terese (Rebekah Elmaloglou) is desperate for answers and charges towards Curtis (Nathan Borg).

When her frustration grows, Susan (Jackie Woodburne) is forced to defend him and Terese realises that she is micromanaging again and is grateful for her advice. Luckily, before long, Curtis tracks down the students who stole the key to access the courtyard.

However, when they realise that the keys belong to Jane, new fury is unleashed…

Elsewhere, disappointed that he’s lost his job at Yorokobi, JJ offers himself up for casual work at the retirement complex which bewilders Toadie (Ryan Moloney), who is still angry after catching him up close and personal with his daughter.

JJ reports back to Nell that he might be working next door to Erinsborough High, and she can’t contain her excitement but tries to keep her crush under wraps. After some persuasion from her, Terese agrees to giving him the residents’ assistant position.

We think this could be a very bad idea!

Over at the Dandenong Ranges, Nicolette, Byron and Vic are excited for their day ahead, with Jane making the snap decision to leave work for the day and join them.

The three embark on a walk, unaware that she’s just behind them but has taken a different path. When Vic becomes breathless, his kids escort him back to the carpark and spot Jane’s vehicle – when they can’t reach her, they become fearful that she’s possibly lost or hurt herself.

Nic and Byron order Vic to stay back at base, but he disobeys, adamant to be part of the search effort. As he heads off, he begins to feel tired and breathlessness, and spotting Jane’s sunhat caught in a bush, he charges onwards but it all proves to be too much strain on the dying man.

Will Vic be okay?

Tuesday June 11

Haz (Shiv Palekar) takes back full reins of Harold’s Cafe and thanks Mackenzie (Georgie Stone) for all her hard work. For once since he returned from hospital, their relationship seems to be as normal, and she’s more than happy to accept his invitation to visit the Devkar family in Western Australia.

The share house residents reflect on the positive mood and decide to host a party, but their plans are quickly quashed when Leo announces he’s going to have to sell No. 32 to stay afloat at the vineyard.

Back at the Yarra Valley, the Stones are thrilled to have found their mum, but less so when they discover their dad collapsed on the floor.

Luckily Vic’s on track to make a full recovery, but as he rests in Jane’s room, Sam (Henrietta Graham) becomes suspicious and urges her to speak with Mike (Guy Pearce). Later, whilst the No. 24 residents enjoy lunch, she doesn’t notice her phone buzzing with a call from her estranged fiancé in Europe…

Wednesday June 12

Leo’s dismayed to learn that No. 32 isn’t worth as much as he thought it was, but it would be enough to cover his current financial dismay.

Krista (Majella Davis) relays the bad news to her housemates, with Mack and Haz privately suggesting amongst themselves that she could buy the house from him. After all, she’s not short of cash from the Sinclair family fortune!

As they realise how dire the rental market is, they put the idea towards her and she brings it up with a stubborn Leo who sees it as another handout.

Holly decides to take the poisoning matters into her own hands, and announces that she’s going to find out their identity herself.

Nell calls by to visit Dex as an excuse to see JJ, and sticks about even though he’s not. Dex is delighted, as he has his own little crush on his neighbour. When she helps him with his sketching, she unknowingly ignites the love triangle even more.

Remi (Naomi Rukavina) continues to clash with her disgusting colleague Gavin Bowman, and claims his remarks about her and Cara (Sara West) were just locker-room banter. She’s horrified and reports him. However, she takes note of his new theory regarding the poisoning and the wives ponder whether to ignore his comments for Dex’s sake.

Later, Andrew (Lloyd Will) informs Leo that there’s been another poisoning. How will this affect him?

Thursday June 13

Andrew gives Leo the lowdown on the second poisoning and as they didn’t drink any of Yorokobi’s wine, he’s probably not the target. As Shannon remains in custody, he takes in the revelation that she isn’t the culprit after all.

Krista reports that they’ve had wine tour cancellations from Lassiters, but there’s some good news as she realises they’ll still get a fee as they were last minute. However, Holly reveals she’s already processed the refunds and Leo spirals again.

She’s warned to concentrate on her job rather than trying to find the person who tainted the goods.

Remi resolves to not let Gavin get under her skin, and is overjoyed when he finds the source of the poison so that Dex can be treated. Later, she tells him that he’s proved himself as a good doctor and thanks him for saving her son.

When he is discharged to No. 30, Nell and JJ are gutted to lose their cover of ‘visiting him’ so that they can spend time together. Terese catches them chatting on the street and feels obliged to enforce Toadie’s ban.

Later, she’s thrown when Nell asks for advice on how to move out of the friend zone. Terese reckons she should be honest with her feelings, unaware that JJ has sought his own advice from Andrew.

Off his uncle’s advice, JJ invites Nell to spend lunch together. Later in the day, the love triangle is exposed when he accidentally throws Nell’s drawings for Dex in the bin, and he erupts in rage. The penny drops… his brother has a crush on Nell.

Dex admits that her hospital visits made him think she might feel the same and grills JJ on whether he’s heard Nell talk about someone else. JJ truthfully admits he hasn’t but is privately dismayed.

On their lunch ‘date’, Nell bravely bites the bullet and asks him to confess his true feelings but feels conflicted after Dex’s admission. Backtracking, he says that they’re nothing but best mates and he doesn’t want to ruin it.

Poor Nell!
