Home and Away's Bree tries to kiss Xander in surprising scene

A drunken night out ends with a surprise...

Bree Cameron will attempt to kiss Xander Delaney on Home and Away next week as she attempts to move on from Remi Carter.

Bree and Remi split up recently after he lied about giving up his motorbike, with Remi electing to move on by beginning a fling with Stevie Marlow.

In scenes set to air on Wednesday (May 22) and Thursday (May 23) in the UK, Felicity arrives at Salt and notices that Bree is upbeat despite Stevie posting a photo of herself in Remi’s bed, leading her to assume that Bree is yet to know about their romance.

Felicity later informs Xander of the situation, and he agrees to break the news to her. She puts on a brave face, but deep down she has a tinge of sadness.

After continuing to mask her sadness, Bree loses her cool as she spots Remi, and retreats to the back as her emotions get the better of her. She later confides to Xander that she hadn’t slept with Remi since his accident, and that she is struggling to move on.

Bree thanks Xander for listening intently and credits him for being a good friend, but it’s Dana who later plays the role of moral supporter as she suggests that Bree join her in drinking her sorrows away.

After a day and night full of booze, Xander arrives to take a drunken Bree home, where she shocks him by landing a kiss. He gently rebuffs her advance, but an onlooking Dana is devastated by the incident given her feelings for Xander.

She confides to Irene that she has intense feelings of jealousy whilst Bree heads to Xander to apologise for the kiss, with Bree hearing a lesson as he states that he doesn’t want to be used as a vessel for her to move on from Remi.

How will Dana react to the incident, and will Bree be able to move on from her past relationship?...

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5, with repeat screenings at 6pm on 5STAR and first look screenings at 6.30pm on 5STAR. Selected classic episodes are available via Prime Video in the UK.
