"The best year of our lives."

Former Home and Away star Sam Frost has celebrated a major parenting milestone.

The actress, who played Jasmine Delaney between 2017 and 2022, shared an Instagram post on March 7 to mark her baby turning one year old.

Uploading a photo of herself and partner Jordie Hansen having a little party for the baby at the beach, Frost wrote: "Happy 1st Birthday to our beautiful boy. We love you more than anything in this world. Thank you for the best year of our lives xxxx."

Home and Away stars Sarah Roberts and Lynne McGranger, and Neighbours actor Tim Robards, all commented on the post to wish baby Ted a happy birthday.

Back in January, Frost spoke about the possibility of extending her family, telling fans during a Q&A that: "If I was younger, I'd want to have a HUGE clan. I love bubbas so much. But I'm older and have a smaller window.

"I'm also very aware it's an enormous privilege being able to carry & birth a healthy child. So if my body allows, I'd love another one in a few years."

She also described her favourite things about her son Ted, revealing that he had "strong opinions, likes and dislikes", and she loved "watching his little personality shine... It's fun getting to know him and seeing his character form."

In August last year, Frost opened up about struggling during her pregnancy, explaining that: "I found pregnancy really difficult and I thought that would be perhaps a reflection on what is going to happen coming up, but to be honest I am actually a little more relaxed than I thought."
