Home and Away to air huge crash storyline as two lives hang in the balance

 Danger for Remi and Eden.

Home and Away airs a dramatic episode for Remi Carter and Eden Fowler on UK screens next week.

The best friends both face terrible danger after Eden's camping trip with Cash Newman sparks a disastrous chain of events.

In next week's scenes on Channel 5, Cash invites his girlfriend to join him for a romantic trip away from Summer Bay.

Eden expects to relax at a posh hotel, but she's in for a nasty surprise as Cash reveals that they'll be camping out in a tent.

The Lyrik star immediately struggles without home comforts and makes it clear that she's not enjoying herself.

Needing an escape, Eden secretly calls Remi and begs for him to pick her up.

Although Eden later changes her mind following encouragement from Cash, it's too late as Remi has already left on his motorbike to collect her.

Out on the open road, the driver of an oncoming car is distracted by a row with his passenger.

The vehicle and Remi's bike collide in a nasty accident, causing Remi to be thrown through the air.

The driver, who's called Wes, rushes to check on Remi but believes that he must be dead.

Wes then embarks on a sinister cover-up by destroying Remi's phone and telling his passenger, who's his brother Mickey, to help him move the body.

That night, Eden heads out of her tent with a toilet roll in hand when she spots Mickey digging a makeshift grave nearby.

Eden barely has time to react before Wes knocks her out and moves her into the car boot, where she's left bound and gagged.

Cash wakes the next morning to find that Eden is nowhere to be found. Will Eden and Remi ever be seen again?

Home and Away airs these scenes on Friday, March 1 on Channel 5. This episode aired in Australia as the dramatic 2023 season finale in November last year.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5, with repeat screenings at 6pm on 5STAR and first look screenings at 6.30pm on 5STAR. Selected classic episodes are available via Prime Video in the UK.
