Home and Away fans floored as star-studded cast look completely different in throwback snap

Home and Away Leah Patterson star Ada Nicodemou treated fans to a throwback snap which featured a number of iconic cast members of the long-running Australian soap.

Home and Away fans were floored as Ada Nicodemou shared a star-studded throwback snap.

The actress, 46, is best known for playing Leah Patterson on the Australian soap since 2000. She has seen a number of cast members come and go, including some of Hollywood's biggest stars.

Ada recently posted the photo on Instagram where she can be seen posing alongside Thor star Chris Hemsworth, who starred as Kim Hyde from 2004 until 2007. Also featured in the shot were Ada's former co-stars Jason Smith, Isabel Lucas and Laurie Foell.

Underneath the post, one fan wrote: "Who would have thought that this group would turn into a Power Ranger, a Transformer and a Greek God?" After portraying Tasha Andrews for three years until 2006, Isabel, 39, went on to star in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

Robbie Hunter star Jason, 39, is best known for his role as Casey Rhodes in the Power Rangers TV series, while Shortland Street actress Laurie, 55, starred as both Angie Russell and Angie's cousin Josie on the Aussie soap between 2002 and 2005.

It comes after Ada shared more about her new career move with her followers. Last month, the TV star announced the launch of her first-ever children's book, titled Mia Megastar.

"I'm very excited to announce my brand new book, Mia Megastar!" she began in an Instagram post. "It's all about family, food, friendship & fun and is the perfect junior fiction novel for all the young people out there (aimed at 8 year old girls and above) who want to be megastars."

The mum-of-one revealed it's "loosely based" on her life growing up and what inspired her to become an actor. She added: "And Mia does this through creating her own drama club with her friends. It's funny, warm, it's all about the crazy Greek culture. You're going to love it."

While Ada is thriving, the same can't be said for Leah who has been struggling since being kidnapped by a cult. Haunted with nightmares of the ordeal, Leah has barely been sleeping and was forced to postpone her wedding to Justin (James Stewart). But when Justin looked reassurance that it’s only temporary, Leah couldn't give him that.
