Home and Away's Leah Patterson seeks help from Justin Morgan in emotional scenes

Leah breaks down after her kidnap ordeal.

Home and Away's Leah Patterson will finally open up to her partner Justin Morgan next week, after her nightmares over her ordeal with Vita Nova cause her to break down.

After Leah and Justin recently experienced a terrifying kidnap by members of the cult, the couple have been struggling to return to normality - particularly when Justin is attacked at the hospital.

In scenes that have already aired in Australia and will air in the UK on Channel 5 next week, Justin confronts his fiancée after he discovers that she has been researching insomnia and night terrors.

Leah admits that she has been experiencing some tough nights of poor sleep following everything that happened with Vita Nova. Justin pleads with Leah to share her worries with him from now on and she agrees, before the pair part ways to head to work.

After working a long shift, Leah is standing out in the car park when an approaching car sends her mind racing back to the kidnapping incident. Justin quickly emerges from the car and rushes to her side, where Leah admits that since she started having nightmares, she can't make them stop.

Through tears, Leah finally tells Justin that she might need some help.

The couple unpack Leah's recent nightmares together and Justin encourages her to trust that he will always have her back.

Leah admits that she has been searching for sleeping tablets because she feels like she's back in the abandoned factory every time she closes her eyes. A compassionate Justin holds Leah and she manages to fall asleep in his arms.

After Leah successfully sleeps through the entire night, the couple decide to ride the positive momentum and return to planning their wedding. They soon settle on the perfect date for the ceremony - Valentine's Day.

Will their wedding plans go smoothly, or could their trip to the altar be derailed?

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5, with repeat screenings at 6pm on 5STAR and first look screenings at 6.30pm on 5STAR. Selected classic episodes are available via Prime Video in the UK.
