Home and Away's Justin Morgan will leave Leah Patterson devastated over their wedding plans.

In episodes set to air soon in the UK, Bree Cameron gives Leah the bad news that Justin has suffered a dip in his cardiac function.

After she talks to the police, and it becomes clear that the trauma has hugely affected her, Leah returns to the hospital and is told that it might be time for her to say her goodbyes to Justin - but she struggles to accept that he may die.

When Theo turns up at the hospital, she opens up to him about the proposal and he says he believes the wedding will go ahead.

But when things take a turn for the worse with Justin's health, Leah is unable to deal with it all and collapses in Alf's arms.

In a dream sequence, Justin finds himself at his own funeral, but no one is able to see him or respond to him. He sees his own gravestone, which reads that he "gave up", while Leah's eulogy has her snapping and calling him a coward.

Annoyed by the whole thing, Justin gains the willpower to pull through, and finds himself awake in the hospital, with his family and friends by his bedside.

As everyone starts talking, Theo lets slip about the wedding plans, which makes Justin start to act oddly.

When he gets a chance to talk to Leah on her own, Justin says he knows she only asked him to marry her because he was dying, and he won't hold her to it.

It's clear that Leah is absolutely crushed by that. Will they end up tying the knot or not?
