Home and Away confirms ending of Leah and Justin's cult storyline

Rose tries to reassure the couple.

Home and Away finally ends Leah Patterson and Justin Morgan's cult storyline on UK screens next week.

The couple receive reassurances from the police after Vita Nova strike against them for the final time.

Viewers have recently seen Justin fight for his life in hospital after he and Leah were abducted and held captive by the sinister doomsday preppers.

In next week's episodes on Channel 5, Justin is on the road to recovery after regaining consciousness. Unfortunately, he's still in danger as the hospital has been infiltrated by the cult.

When Cash Newman visits Justin in hospital, he's worried to spot that there is no police guard stationed outside his room.

Cash is powerless to do anything as he was recently suspended from his job with the police, so he encourages his colleague Rose Delaney to deal with the situation.

Cash's fears are well-founded as a man pretending to be a hospital orderly, Jordan, is secretly taking instructions from the cult.

Jordan makes private phone calls to Vita Nova, consulting with them over when he should make his move. However, his plans are disrupted when a police officer finally arrives to keep an eye on Justin.

Oblivious to what's happening, Leah warms to Jordan and decides to bring him a piece of cake at the hospital.

When Leah mentions this, Bree Cameron is confused and insists that there are no employees at the hospital called Jordan.

Leah and Rose worry about the discrepancy and race to the hospital, where Jordan is already preparing to kill Justin after his police guard stepped away for a moment.

When Leah and Rose arrive at the hospital, they find Justin wounded on the floor but are relieved to see that he's alive after fighting Jordan off.

Jordan tries to make an escape from the building, but Rose catches him and puts him under arrest for attempted murder.

The next day, Rose updates Justin and Leah and promises them that they're finally safe from Vita Nova.

Rose explains that the police force worked tirelessly through the night to end all traces of the cult, bringing everyone to justice this time. Can Justin and Leah finally rest easy, or will it prove difficult to truly move on?

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5, with repeat screenings at 6pm on 5STAR and first look screenings at 6.30pm on 5STAR. Selected classic episodes are available via Prime Video in the UK.
