Hollyoaks airs shock collapse for Rafe Harcourt in new scenes

 Sienna's plan backfires...

Hollyoaks will air a shock collapse for Rafe Harcourt in tonight’s (November 8) first-look streaming episode.

It’s been a dramatic time for The Earl of Dee as he discovered Sienna’s deceit, finding out that she had been wooing him in the hope of securing his inheritance.

The arrival of ex-girlfriend Camilla did nothing to de-escalate the tension, with his old flame set on resuming their romance.

The plan seemingly worked, with Rafe shockingly proposing to Camilla after a brief reunion — leading Sienna to scheme once more.

Tonight’s episode will see Sienna enact her plan, with all the characters converging as they attend an event in the honour of the Rafe’s grandfather.

Her intention is to have Camilla embarrass herself in front of an audience, covertly lacing her drink in a bid to speed up the process.

As Camilla takes to the stand, Sienna is bracing herself for fireworks any minute, but the room is stunned as Rafe collapses. Unbeknownst to Sienna, Rafe had mistakenly drank from the wrong cup of coffee.

With the attendees rushing to Rafe’s aid, Camilla puts the pieces together and deduces that she was the intended target, calling Sienna out on her devious plan.

Will Sienna be able to explain her way out of this scenario, and just how will Rafe react when he finds out?

Elsewhere on the Channel 4 soap, Carter Shepherd reasons for entering the village will soon be revealed, with John Paul set to uncover the headteacher’s own take on conversion therapy.

David Ames recently spoke about his character’s ulterior motives, saying: “Carter's meetings, his group workshops that he has, his therapy sessions, happen to have a certain weight to them. The weight is particularly religious. It is effectively conversion therapy.”

Hollyoaks streams first online via Channel 4 each weekday at 7.30pm. Episodes then air on E4 the following day, before getting their YouTube premiere a week after that.
