Home and Away’s James Stewart opens up about shock funeral promo

The death of adored character Justin Morgan was hinted at in a recent promo, shocking fans of Home and Away.

James Stewart’s character Justin was brought to the hospital when a metal structure collapsed on him when he and Ada Nicodemou’s character Leah Patterson were held captive by the doomsday cult Vita Nova in an abandoned warehouse.

In the teaser, Leah was seen sitting next to Justin in the hospital and was advised to “be ready for the worst.” Later, she was seen attending what looked to be a funeral while dressed in black.

“Is this the last time for the most adored couple in the Bay?” The video has a voice-over that hints.

Actor James Stewart has opened up about what it was like to bring the dramatic plot to life, but viewers will have to wait and see if Justin emerges from his coma.
