Home and Away's Felicity Newman confronts her attacker in powerful scenes

Tane isn't happy about it, though.

Home and Away's Felicity Newman is going to come face-to-face with her attacker next week in powerful scenes.

Felicity recently learned that the attacker, Jeremy, has agreed to meet her as part of the Restorative Justice programme, which aims to help their victims find some sort of closure. She was unsure about going through with it, but eventually decided to meet him.

In the scenes, Felicity is clearly terrified but she's determined to say everything that she wants to say.

Unfortunately, Jeremy has no interest in listening to her, and starts to rile her up by dodging her questions. She eventually gets frustrated and storms out of the room, but after some encouragement from Eden, who was in the room with her, she decides to carry on alone.

Back in the room, Felicity ends up humiliating Jeremy through her questioning and gets a sense of the closure she was looking for.

After the meeting, Felicity shares how relieved she is feeling with Tane Parata, but he's annoyed that she went through with it without telling him. Felicity has to remind him that it's not about him, while Eden later tries to get Tane to see how brave Felicity has been.

Later on, she tells him that the reason why she did it alone was because she knew he'd try and talk her out of it, and considering she almost didn't through with it on her own, she didn't need the extra voice telling her no.

Thankfully, Tane is ready to make amends the next day, but there's catch — he wants to be a team in their marriage from here on out.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.
