Home and Away's Felicity Newman to share family decision with Tane Parata

 Is she being honest?

Felicity Newman will make an important decision about her future in upcoming scenes of Home and Away.

Set to air soon in Australia, this new storyline sees the character played by Jacqui Purvis trying to salvage her marriage with Tane Parata. Despite having always been adamant she doesn't want to have children, Felicity will tell her husband she's "ready" to start trying for a baby.

The couple had previously hit the rocks over their differences, with Felicity promising Tane she would think about becoming a mum.

Their conversation doesn't really go as well as expected," Tane actor Ethan Browne told TV WEEK. "Tane is all for it, and Felicity is hesitant [to have kids]."

Realising how much Tane is hurting, Felicity will have a change of heart, telling him she's now ready to start a family.

Tane couldn't be happier, particularly after spending time in New Zealand with his loved ones made him realise he wants to become a dad more than ever.

"Felicity giving [Tane] the green light to start a family is everything he could have asked for," Browne said. "He's just over the moon."

However, Felicity is visibly reluctant as she talks to Tane, making it sound as though she's not fully committed to the decision.

Will she backtrack?

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.
