 What's next in Summer Bay?

Coming up on Home and Away, newcomer Mercedes is busy ruffling feathers in Summer Bay.

Elsewhere, Cash and Justin's attempt to rescue Andrew from Vita Nova goes horribly wrong, and Marilyn receives a sinister package from Stunning Organics.

Here's a full collection of 11 big moments.

1. Mercedes gets Eden's back up

The arrival of sassy rock chick Mercedes has caused quite the stir in Summer Bay. Remi reckons his old friend is the secret weapon Lyrik need to win the 'Battle of the Bands' competition, but Eden is sure Mercedes can't be trusted.

Eden might be suspicious of the woman who claims to be Remi's 'original bestie', but Felicity hits it off straight away with her.

Felicity agrees to let Mercedes crash with her, but Eden is furious to discover she's their new housemate.

2. Bree feels threatened by Mercedes

Bree is also wary of Mercedes and keen to understand what the deal is with her.

Clearly feeling threatened, she grills boyfriend Remi about his history with the vivacious violinist, wanting to know if there was more to their connection than just friendship.

Remi is quick to ease her fears and makes it clear Bree has absolutely nothing to worry about with Mercedes.

3. Lyrik are at war

There are further divisions in Lyrik as Kirby struggles to deal with her break-up from Theo. She and Eden consider skipping rehearsals to avoid Theo and Mercedes, but eventually decide they can face it if they stick together.

Band rehearsals get off to a great start, but tensions quickly boil over into full blown arguments. Angry Eden shows Mercedes the door, while Theo and Kirby's personal problems are brought into the workplace.

Despite the ongoing tensions within Lyrik, Remi remains focused on the upcoming competition and is convinced that if the bandmates put their differences aside, they've got it in the bag.

4. Kirby and Theo call a truce

As news of Kirby and Theo's messy split spreads, Leah is there to offer a compassionate ear to her nephew. Marilyn is also a great comfort to Kirby, allowing her the chance to express her feelings.

Inspired by Leah and Marilyn's wise counsel, Kirby and Theo realise they need to take more of a level-headed approach.

The exes agree to keep talking, in the hope that things will start to improve between them.

5. Rose and Mali go on a break

Theo and Kirby aren't the only duo at odds – Rose and Mali have found themselves stuck in a relationship limbo.

Despite Mali promising that things will be different this time, Rose feels she can't trust him to fight for them so decides to take some time out.

Mali respects Rose's need for space and is inspired when Irene encourages him to 'show up'. Knowing that's something he can do, Mali remains hopeful he'll be able to convince Rose he's worthy of another chance.

6. Cash breaks the law

Cash risks his career in the police force by sneaking home his confidential Andrew file from the station. Felicity and Eden warn him of the severe consequences if he gets caught, but Cash is a man on a mission.

Afterwards, Cash warns Justin they need to back off and let the task force do its job, or they might end up like Andrew's mother.

Justin doesn't want to know and suggests they storm the compound and drag Andrew out. However, Cash is clear that course of action could land Justin in prison.

7. Cash and Justin's rescue mission fails

After being urged by Eden to trust his judgement, Cash has a change of heart and arrives at Justin's, ready to undertake their risky rescue mission.

Unfortunately, the pair's plan is far from foolproof and moments after arriving at the compound, Cash and Justin find themselves surrounded by members of Vita Nova, including their malevolent ringleader, Margot.

Cash and Justin are released relatively unscathed but can only look on in despair as Andrew is dragged back inside by the group's henchmen.

8. Leah and Justin vow to fight for Andrew

Leah arrives home early and is horrified to hear about Andrew's ordeal at the hands of Vita Nova. In a state of distress, Leah lashes out at Justin for seemingly giving up on the lad.

She later apologises for her outburst and the couple make amends, but remain worried sick about Andrew.

All hope might not be lost when they find a note that Andrew slipped into Justin's pocket during the failed rescue mission.

Buoyed by the discovery, Leah and Justin are more determined than ever to free Andrew from the cult's clutches.

9. Kate leans on Xander

Kate returns to Salt to see Xander, in need of support from someone who knew Jamie. Xander offers Kate to stay over at his and the pair spend the evening sharing memories of the late paramedic.

The next morning, Xander agrees to accompany Kate to her son's soccer match, but Mackenzie is quick to point out Jamie's widow might be getting a little too dependent on him.

Realising she's right, Xander pulls back but then Kate rocks up at Salt wanting to see him. Mac attempts to intervene, but is met with a hostile response from Xander, who tells her to mind her own business and back off.

10. Marilyn receives another threat

Marilyn's plucky fight against Stunning Organics is turning her into a household name as her tell-all interview is published in a national newspaper.

It doesn't take long for the article to go viral, and soon Roo finds herself fielding paid interview requests worth thousands of dollars.

Although it appears Stunning Organics have got the message not to mess with Maz, Irene remains concerned about her friend's safety. And it seems she every reason to worry when Marilyn's phone buzzes with another threatening message.

11. Marilyn fights back

Supported by Roo and John, a shaken Marilyn goes to the police station to report the menacing photographs she has received.

Cash sets up precautions to help keep Marilyn safe and attempts to trace the source, but reaches a dead end.

The police tell Marilyn not to give any further interviews regarding Stunning Organics, but she refuses to be quiet and enlists Kirby to record a video of her exposing the CEO as a bully and coward.

Shortly after the video goes live, a suspicious package arrives from Stunning Organics addressed to Marilyn. What fresh danger is lurking inside?
