Home and Away confirms outcome of Justin Morgan's trial

 His punishment is revealed.

Home and Away airs the outcome of Justin Morgan's trial on UK screens next week.

Justin braces himself as he heads to court to hear his punishment for his recent attack on Conor.

Upcoming episodes see Justin stand trial for GBH after beating up Conor in a misunderstanding over his daughter Ava Gilbert.

Justin's defence team argues that he was under the mistaken impression that Conor had kidnapped his daughter Ava, following lies from the troublesome teenager.

The prosecution puts forward the argument that Ava had a history of dishonesty, so Justin shouldn't have been so easily fooled by her lies.

Next week, Justin prepares for the worst but is pleasantly surprised when the judge sentences him to 500 hours of community service and court-mandated counselling.

Justin's partner Leah Patterson and her nephew Theo Poulos are both delighted when he returns to Summer Bay as a free man.

Although Justin isn't sure how he'll manage to juggle work with his community service hours, he's determined not to let this second chance go to waste.

Justin apologises to his loved ones for putting them through so much stress and promises to make a change so it never happens again.

Later in the week, Justin begins his counselling, but things get off to a bad start when he snaps at the counsellor.

The counsellor urges Justin to be more patient with this journey, so he agrees to embrace the sessions. He also follows a request to bring his five most important items to the next meeting.

There's a breakthrough for Justin when he talks about the murder of his parents and how this could be the root cause of his anger issues. Will he reach a turning point?

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.
