Home and Away teases Justin Morgan court drama in new promo
Could he be going down?
Home and Away has teased an uncertain future for Justin Morgan as his appearance in court looms.
Justin is facing the prospect of jail time after attacking a man over a misunderstanding concerning his teenage daughter Ava Gilbert.
The brutal attack came after Ava pretended to be held by the man against her will, leading to Justin's shocking arrest in a storyline that began on Australian scenes last month.
In a promo shared on Instagram, a narrator states that the prosecution will "push for prison time" and "the maximum sentence" as an ominous bell sounds over clips of the character's arrest.
Justin can be seen in a blue suit preparing for his court appearance, with text appearing questioning, "Can they save him?", as incarceration becomes a very real possibility.

Ava is seen pleading with her dad to "fight this" as a tearful Justin says they need to "be prepared", presumably for the prospect of him being sent down for the crime.
His daughter is also seen tearfully admitting she "doesn't want to lose him all over again", referring to Justin's stint in witness protection, during which he did not get to see Ava for seven years.
Ava's scheming is what led to the arrest, wanting attention from Theo Poulos after becoming obsessed with the Lyrik lead singer.
This week's Australian episodes have seen Justin being told that a prison sentence is very possible, especially after his victim complained of the impact the attack has had on his physical and mental health.
Theo testifies in court next week, but the pressure gets to him as he stumbles over his words.
Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.
