Next week's Coronation Street will see David and Griff come to blows over Max, while Jacob is caught up in Damon's latest drug deal.
Meanwhile, Summer makes a discovery about Mike and Esther.
Here's a look at 13 big moments coming up.
1. David and Griff come to blows
In the aftermath of Griff's dangerous plot at the Weatherfield Peace Market, Max is interviewed by police and is relieved to be released without charge.
David stands by Max despite his recent behaviour, but is shocked when Gail refuses to support Max.
Meanwhile, Max is horrified when he comes face to face with Griff. When Daryan drops by to speak to Max, he overhears the confrontation inside and lets David know immediately.
David rushes home and a fight breaks out between him and Griff.
2. Max considers moving away
David continues to tread carefully around Max but receives support from Spider, who insists that Max is a good kid and that David should have faith in him.
Meanwhile, Max is surprised to discover that Lauren has decided to move in with her mum in Devon. When she suggests that Max join her for a fresh start, Max weighs his options.
3. Maria makes a stand
Maria reopens the Peace Market in a bid to prove that the community is united against Griff and his hate-filled views.
Councillor Len Cameron reveals to Maria that he has organised a TV interview to discuss the attack.
During the interview, Maria fumes when Len tells the reporter that the current open-door policies aren't working. Maria interrupts the interview to state her disagreement and insists the community is united.
Later, Maria is pleased to learn the council have given the green light for a new refugee centre.
4. Jacob is caught up in Damon's latest drug smuggling plot
Damon introduces Leanne to Dan, a fruit and veg supplier, and insists that Dan can do them a far better deal for the Bistro.
Leanne decides to take Dan up on his services, unaware of Damon's true intentions. Jacob's suspicions about Damon's latest behaviour are proven right when Damon reveals that Dan's first delivery will contain a package of drugs.
5. The police interrupt Jacob's drug delivery
Already nervous about handling drugs, Jacob is given further cause for concern when a group of police officers arrive at the Bistro for a retirement party, with a sniffer dog in tow.
Jacob manages to retrieve the drugs from the delivery and makes a hasty getaway. However, when the dog barks, Craig decides to follow Jacob back to his flat.
Meanwhile, Leanne and Ryan check their delivery, wondering what could have caused the dog to react.
6. Amy assumes the worst about Jacob
Damon attacks Jacob, giving him a beating, and threatens Amy's safety unless Jacob leaves for good.
With nothing left to lose, Jacob comes clean to Nick about Damon's plot and reveals that he's leaving to protect Amy.
Later, Amy returns to the flat and Jacob makes out that he's on the phone dealing drugs – hoping Amy will end things between them. Amy is horrified to think that Jacob has gone back to his old ways.
7. Todd and Paul plot to save Summer from Mike and Esther
With Summer still determined to go ahead with the surrogacy, Billy announces that he won't stand in her way any longer and will support her.
Meanwhile, Todd and Paul continue to investigate Mike and Esther. Paul suggests that they should raise the money to pay off Mike and Esther, in the hope that they'll leave Summer alone.
8. Leanne fills Billy in on Mike's troubling behaviour
Having taken Summer for her blood test, Mike and Esther leave her home. However, Leanne is shocked to see Mike and recognises him as the drunken man who flirted with her in the Bistro.
Feeling that she needs to warn Billy, Leanne confides in him about her encounter with Mike. Billy decides that Summer needs to know the truth and reveals all. How will Summer react?
9. Summer is held captive by Mike
Summer is in for a further shock when Todd tells her that he has been contacted by Ava, a member of the congregation at Mike and Esther's old church, who admitted that she had an affair with Mike.
Summer decides to confront Esther with the revelation. Esther admits that it's true, but says that they've put the incident behind them.
Later, Summer decides to meet up with Ava and makes a shocking discovery. She heads to Mike and Esther's house to confront them, but the situation soon escalates when Mike locks Summer in the nursery – without her bag containing her phone and insulin.
10. Daisy and Daniel clash over wedding plans
Daisy falls in love with her dream wedding venue but is disappointed when she learns how much it'll cost.
When the venue informs her that there's a half-price deal for a May wedding, Daisy is thrilled but Daniel isn't so pleased.
Later, Daisy spots a top DJ playing at a gig and plans to go to the event, hoping to book him for the wedding. She insists to Daniel that she wants them to get married in May, but Daniel remains unenthusiastic.
11. Daisy has an unwanted admirer
At the gig, Daisy takes her mind off Daniel and flirts with the DJ. She puts her number in his phone and posts pictures of them together online.
Later, Daisy expects an argument when Daniel reveals that he wants to speak to her in private. She's shocked when Daniel informs her that he has scheduled the time off, the dream venue is booked, and their wedding is set for May.
However, Daisy gets a surprise when she receives a bouquet of flowers from the DJ and is forced to make out that she bought them for Daniel.
12. Gemma issues an ultimatum
Having spent the entire night in the classroom as part of their protest against Mrs York, Gemma tells Mrs York that either she introduces BSL to the curriculum or she'll be reported to the police for kidnapping.
Mrs York gives in, and Gemma, Bernie and Michael celebrate their victory at the café. When Michael reveals he's due at a business meeting, Bernie offers up Gemma's services to babysit.
13. Alya returns to work
Alya is touched when Dee-Dee presents her with a care package in a bid to help her get over her recent ordeal with Griff.
When Dee-Dee reveals that she's struggling at the solicitors without her and begs her to return, Alya admits she'd love to come back.
