12 huge Home and Away spoilers for next week
What's next for Summer Bay?
Next week on Home and Away, an upsetting situation with a customer gives Mackenzie food for thought.
Elsewhere, Nikau reflects on the loss of a loved one, while Kirby is rocked as Bob returns to the Bay.
Here's a full collection of 12 big moments coming up.
1. There's high drama on Xander's date
Xander enjoys a date at Salt with newcomer Stacey, but their flirtation is interrupted by a medical emergency. When one of Salt's customers collapses, Xander flies into paramedic mode by treating him and getting him to hospital.
Although Stacey is impressed by Xander's heroic actions, she doesn't stick around at the hospital to see how things unfold from there. Xander fears that he has blown his chance with Stacey, but she later assures him that she's interested in a second date.
2. Mackenzie is rocked by some sad death news
Mackenzie struggles with her customer's medical scare, standing frozen to the spot as Xander takes control of the situation. She later regrets not doing more to help.
When Mac learns that the man is in a coma, she makes an immediate pledge to undergo first aid training so that she's more prepared in future.
Mac is later informed that the man has sadly died. She doubles down on her plans, vowing to have the rest of her staff trained up too. Nikau sees how much Mac is struggling and urges her not to blame herself.
3. Nikau vows to do Ari proud
Nikau is delighted when Tane asks him to be best man at the upcoming wedding. He makes an immediate impact by starting to plan things for his uncle.
Tane becomes concerned over Nikau's overzealous approach to his new duties, explaining that all he expects from his nephew is a stag party and a speech at the reception.
Nikau still wants to go further, sensing that Tane and Felicity need all the help they can get with organising their big day.
Nikau later explains why he's taking this so seriously, pointing out that Ari would have been best man if he were still alive. Conscious of this, Nikau wants to do Ari proud by living up to his high standards.
4. Felicity is questioned over her wedding guest list
Cash is disappointed that Felicity hasn't invited their foster father Gary to the wedding. He confides in John about his sister's reasoning, explaining that Felicity's grief for her parents prevented her from establishing a bond with Gary when they were younger.
Cash boldly tries to make an argument for why Gary should be at the wedding, but Felicity feels differently and makes it clear that he won't be invited.
5. Kirby is shocked as Bob returns
Kirby and Theo celebrate after doing an interview for Lyrik's radio premiere, but their happiness is cut short when the band's former lead singer Bob returns to the Bay.
Bob openly tries to charm Kirby in front of Theo. Theo agrees to give them space, but Kirby is taken aback when Bob admits that he regrets leaving her and now wants her back.
6. Bob refuses to accept Kirby's decision
Kirby walks out on Bob, making it clear that they don't have a future together. Bob is undeterred and asks Felicity to give him a place to stay for the night at the Parata house.
Kirby later commits to Theo, promising that she wants to be with him and that he doesn't need to worry about Bob. Bob witnesses their heartfelt moment and his jealousy goes into overdrive.
Bob challenges Theo to a game of pool and takes the opportunity to rile him, claiming that Kirby has a history of rebound romances whenever they split up. The arrogant musician claims that Kirby always ends up back with him in the end.
7. Ziggy agrees to speak with Justin
Justin encourages Ziggy to accept a lighter workload at the garage now that she's pregnant. Ziggy reacts badly to this, not wanting to be treated any differently.
When Ziggy starts to overwork herself in a bid to prove something to Justin, her partner Dean urges her not to get exhausted just for the sake of her pride. Ziggy finally agrees to have a practical conversation with Justin about the next steps.
8. Dean tells Justin the truth
Ziggy's next conversation with Justin doesn't go well, as she continues to hide the reason why she failed to open up the garage recently. Justin upsets Ziggy by admitting that her actions would have warranted disciplinary action if she wasn't pregnant.
Dean finally decides to intervene, privately telling Justin that Ziggy wasn't at the garage that day because she was in hospital amid a scare with the baby. Justin feels terrible for not being more understanding and tries to make amends with Ziggy.
9. Remi tries to support Bree
Remi is relieved that Bree has sought out support from him over how to escape from her abusive husband Jacob. Although Jacob has left due to work commitments over the next three months, Bree knows that she needs to find a solution before he returns.
Remi suggests going to the police about Jacob's violence, but Bree insists that she's not ready. When Cash pays a visit and interrupts the conversation, Bree is angry to realise that Remi may have already tried to get the ball rolling without her permission.
10. Eden intervenes between Bree and Remi
Eden is also keen to support Bree, after recently finding out about Jacob's abuse. She tells Bree that it's not fair to ask Remi for help and then immediately push him away.
Bree reconciles with Remi, but their cosy conversation leaves Eden with another big concern – she now fears that the two friends are getting too close for comfort.
11. Marilyn tries to get Roo back to work
Marilyn suggests that Roo should resume her tutoring duties now that their dramas with Heather are over. Roo dismisses this, vowing to turn her back on the job after misjudging Heather's character so badly.
Marilyn is adamant that Heather's reign of terror shouldn't ruin things for Roo, so she vows to get her back to work. After finally talking Roo into it, Marilyn also suggests that they should team up for a charity project.
12. John and Marilyn talk about Heather
John reaches out to Marilyn to show his support over the recent Heather drama. Marilyn fears that John won't understand her decision to keep quiet about Heather when they were married a few years ago.
Fortunately, John isn't angry with Marilyn and only shows her kindness. Marilyn returns the favour by thanking John for standing by her when everyone else was doubting her over Heather's manipulations.
