Home and Away's Leah Patterson to be targeted by Heather in new twist

 What does Heather have planned this time?

Trouble is on the way for Leah in Home and Away, as sinister newcomer Heather sets out to prove she's not somebody to be messed with.

Marilyn Chambers got a life-changing surprise when Heather, her secret daughter, arrived in Summer Bay. However, Heather is not the sweet girl that she claims to be, and she's set on causing Marilyn as much trouble as she possibly can.

Scenes airing next week on Channel 5 will see Leah work out that something's amiss with Heather – but she may live to regret getting involved to try and protect her friend.

Leah is certain that Heather means trouble, and she's beginning to wonder whether she may even be dangerous enough to pose a threat to Marilyn's life.

With that in mind, Leah decides to confront Heather directly, threatening to report her to the police if she dares to do anything to Marilyn.

Heather isn't fazed, though – and Leah soon gets a stark reminder of the sort of person she is dealing with.

Returning home later in the day, Leah gets a shock when she discovers the house has been broken into and trashed, and when Rose suggests it could have been a targeted attack – it doesn't take Leah long to suspect that Heather is to blame.

When Leah tells people that she thinks it was Heather that did all the damage to her home, she then has to tell Justin the truth about who this troublesome newcomer actually is – and he's adamant that they need to keep their distance..

But instead, Leah ropes Rose in to help her get to the bottom of things – but when they turn up at the caravan to talk to Heather, they discover that she has gone, taking all of her things with her.

How will Marilyn react when she learns that Heather seems to have run away?
