Home and Away's Kirby makes bold decision over Theo romance

A secret romance has been brewing in Home and Away of late – and Kirby and Theo have been forced to keep their relationship under wraps thanks to romance between bandmates being banned by Lyrik.

Kirby is so determined to keep things discreet that she tells Theo to kiss another woman so that the finger of suspicion points away from them – but she only hurts Theo by suggesting it.

Theo makes it clear that Kirby's the only person he wants, and Justin tells him that the couple need to have a proper chat to establish what they are to each other.

But any hope that Theo has of going public with the relationship appears to be dashed, as Kirby flat out refuses to tell the rest of the band after how disastrous things were with Lyrik's former lead singer Bob.

It proves to be the final straw for Theo, who suggests that they end their relationship, but it quickly becomes clear that they are both left with a broken heart because of it.

And while this was done for the good of the band, things are tense when Lyrik get together to rehearse. Eden and Remi send Kirby and Theo off to practice alone, as they're not getting the level of enthusiasm that they need out of them.

Noticing that something isn't right with Kirby, Theo steps in to deflect Eden's suspicions, and Kirby is so touched by the gesture that she kisses Theo – right in front of their fellow bandmates.

While Eden and Remi are shocked, Remi soon softens his stance on the two having a relationship, and says that they should give Theo and Kirby the chance to prove that it won't cause any damage to the band.

With nothing to hold them back, Kirby and Theo head to the diner and reveal that they are officially together, and everyone seems delighted for them, including Justin and Leah.

But will this new romance end up leading to more problems for Lyrik?
