12 huge Emmerdale spoilers for next week
What's next in the village?
Next week on Emmerdale, Faith's story comes to an end in heartbreaking scenes.
Elsewhere, Chas could live to regret her latest time away with Al, while Nate and Tracy give into temptation.
Here's a full collection of 12 big moments coming up.
1. Al questions his future with Chas
Chas fears that her secret affair is spiralling out of control after a clash between Al and Aaron. Al pushes Chas for answers on whether they have a future as a couple.
When Al sees Chas looking cosy with her family at The Woolpack, he starts to worry that he has already lost her. Chas tries her best to privately reassure Al, promising that she wants to be with him.
2. Faith's family give her a surprise
Faith is looking forward to a trip to the seaside with her family. Sadly, as her health continues to deteriorate, she becomes too unwell to go. Faith insists that the rest of the Dingles should go without her.
Cain has another idea to resolve the situation and hatches a secret plan with his family. Before long, Faith is overwhelmed as her loved ones manage to bring the seaside to Emmerdale, complete with sand and an ice cream van.
3. Diane returns
Faith enjoys a brilliant day with her friends and family – and the icing on the cake comes when Diane makes a surprise return. Elizabeth Estensen has reprised the role of Diane for the show's 50th anniversary celebrations.
Chas and Rodney, who helped to organise Diane's return, are pleased to see Faith so happy about her comeback.
As Faith's perfect day continues, Cain asks her to dance and she's delighted to share this precious time with her son.
4. Faith dies
Faith promises Moira that she isn't planning to end her life anytime soon, but in reality, she's already making plans and starts to say some veiled goodbyes.
Faith plans to slip away on her own, but Cain arrives by chance and is devastated when he realises what his mother has done.
Cain stays by Faith's side at the end and is heartbroken when she finally slips away.
5. Chas is away when her family need her the most
Chas meets up with Al at a hotel, unaware of the upsetting events taking place back at home. Al shares the news that he has bought a house for the two of them, which will allow them to run away together.
Al wants Chas to forget her worries about Faith for a while, so he switches her phone to silent. Chas misses several calls from Paddy, still unaware of the tragic situation with Faith.
6. Nate and Tracy give into temptation
Tracy feels a pang of jealousy when she sees Nate spending time with his new girlfriend Naomi. She informs Vanessa that she's planning to tell Nate about her own relationship news – she's now engaged to her partner Ollie.
Tracy struggles to find the right moment to tell Nate and it's not long before a charged moment between them leads to surprise passion.
7. Tracy admits her feelings for Nate
Tracy and Nate both feel guilty after sleeping together. When Vanessa approaches the house, Tracy panics and orders Nate out the back door in just his boxer shorts.
Vanessa quickly finds out what has happened and she's disapproving when Tracy admits that she still likes Nate.
8. Harriet's hopes over Will grow
Will regrets coming clean to Harriet about his unresolved feelings for her. He tries to play down the situation to Harriet, but they end up sharing another moment of chemistry.
Harriet is left more convinced than ever that Will still loves her – and Dan soon gets suspicious over what's going on.
9. Kim also gets suspicious
Harriet decides that she won't be attending Will and Kim's upcoming wedding. When Will hears the news, his subdued reaction leaves Kim concerned.
Will wastes little time before confronting Harriet, asking her to reconsider her choice.
10. Kim hears too much
As Kim's concerns grow, she heads off to find Will and discovers him chatting to Harriet at the scrapyard.
Harriet is unaware that Kim is listening in as she makes another attempt to win Will back. With the wedding just one day away, what will Kim do about the discovery that she has a love rival?
11. Charles's future is threatened by Nicola
Nicola is pleased when the Bishop believes her lies that Charles has been abusing his power as the local vicar.
With Charles's future in the church now under threat, Laurel rebukes Nicola for causing trouble and points out that the village could lose a genuinely good vicar. Will Nicola back down?
