Emmerdale's Dan Spencer pushes Amelia away in Noah plot

 The tensions over the young couple escalate.

Emmerdale's Dan Spencer regrets losing his temper tonight (September 21) as the Noah and Amelia story continues.

Dan is currently concerned over his daughter Amelia wanting to date Noah Dingle, particularly due to the age difference and Noah's worrying history with women.

Last night, Dan was caught out for trying to drive a wedge between Amelia and Noah.

Noah came clean to Amelia about how he only dumped her recently because Dan had forced him to do it. Amelia was livid with her dad, accusing him of trying to destroy her happiness.

In Wednesday's visit to the village, the fallout continues as Noah tries to get back in Amelia's good books.

Now regretting that he ever ended things between them, Noah promises Amelia that he can be the man that she and her baby need.

Amelia is won over and shares her first kiss with Noah publicly in the village.

Witnessing this, a seething Dan storms over and confronts the young couple.

Amelia is determined that she wants to make a go of things with Noah, but Dan's outburst in response only pushes her further away.

Dan is left in despair when he realises that he has made things worse with Amelia. It seems there'll be no easy way out of this mess.
