Neighbours replaced by Cash in the Attic in latest Channel 5 schedules
The daytime line-up is changing.
Channel 5 has released its first schedules for August, offering a sneak peek at how the loss of Neighbours will affect its line-up.
Final schedules have been released today (July 20) for the first week of August, which is the first following the Neighbours finale.
In a minor change to the daytime line-up, Home and Away will shift to the later timeslot of 1.45pm, which used to be occupied by Neighbours. However, Channel 5 has opted not to reinstate the Summer Bay soap's 6pm repeat screening on the main channel.
Instead, auction show Cash in the Attic will replace Neighbours in the 6pm slot.

Cash in the Attic originally aired on BBC One between 2002 and 2012.
The format has now been revived by Channel 5 for an initial run of 40 episodes, fronted by former host Jules Hudson and new presenter Chris Kamara.
A Channel 5 statement teased: "Cash in the Attic is back! Helping people find the hidden treasure in their home to sell at auction and make a dream come true.
"Our presenter and expert appraiser leave no corner unexplored in their search for auction room gems. Some finds are surprising, some are unwanted and others are hard to part with, but the expert appraiser's valuations help people decide to sell or not to sell.
"Then it's off to the auction to see if they can raise the money to fund their dream.

Channel 5 announced that it was dropping Neighbours from its daytime schedules last February.
With production company Fremantle Australia unable to find a new UK broadcast partner for the show, it was later confirmed that Neighbours would end after 37 years.
The hour-long series finale of Neighbours will air on Channel 5 on Friday, July 29 in a prime-time 9pm slot.
Last week, Channel 5 controller Ben Frow defended his decision to call time on Neighbours. The Aussie soap remains one of the broadcaster's most-watched shows, but is expensive to commission due to its high episode count.
Frow told Radio Times: "I could spend the money on other things, which is what I decided to do. I can better spend the Neighbours money on UK shows."
Neighbours airs weekdays at 1.45pm and 6pm on Channel 5 and streams on My5. The series finale will air in the UK on July 29 at 9pm on Channel 5.
