Neighbours final week spoilers: Surprise arrivals for Toadie and Melanie’s wedding, but will it go ahead?

 

The day has arrived! Despite all of the recent adversity, Toadie (Ryan Moloney) and Melanie’s (Lucinda Cowden) wedding day is here – just in time for the big Neighbours finale. 

Ahead of the big day, Toadie and Mel are excited for their exchanging of vows. They’ve managed to overcome Harold’s (Ian Smith) meddling – partly due to the fact he had the wrong end of the stick anyway – and now it’s a clear run to the big day.

But as it draws nearer, the pair become more aware of the struggles from their past that haven’t quite gone away.

Toadie realise he needs to make a huge gesture for them to look forward to a new future together. Will it work?

An old pal rocks up in town to give Toadie their support and they learn that Toadie and Amy have had a falling out. Will they try and get the friends back on track before he says I Do?

When the morning of the wedding finally arrives, another familiar face shows up – Callum.

Toadie is overjoyed that his son has made it in time.

He’s ready for the next chapter of this life, he just wishes Amy was there to see it too. But as the wedding gets underway and she makes her return, will she ruin their happily ever after?

Neighbours airs these scenes w/c Monday July 25 at 1:45pm and 6pm on Channel 5.
