Dan Ewing has officially welcomed his second child!

 In beautiful news, former Home & Away star Dan Ewing has welcomed his second child with his fiancée Kat Rieteska.


The besotted parents announced the news via Instagram, sharing a slew of photos of the adorable newborn.

"My darling daughter," Dan wrote.

"You were sent here by one very special guardian angel in particular of that I am certain. Your beautiful Mum, big brother Archie and I are so blessed you found your way to us.

Kat also took to her own Instagram to document the arrival, penning: "I’ve waited my whole life for this moment. At 11.15am on the 22.7.22 our beautiful daughter Nevaeh Catherine Ewing entered this world. Our hearts are so full 🤍 @_danewing."

Dan first shared that happy news that he and Kat were expecting in March 2022. Taking to Instagram, the actor shared the happy news with his followers by posting a sweet video of him embracing Kat as she showed off her baby bump.

“Miracle number two on the way!” he captioned the clip.

“@katristeska, big bro’s Archie & Boston and I can’t wait to meet our new little buddy!!”

Sharing the same video to her own Instagram account, Kat said: “I’ve waited my whole life for you Angel.”

Archie, Dan’s seven-year-old son whom he shares with his ex-wife Marni Little, is undoubtedly excited to be a big brother, as is the family dog Boston.

It comes after the pair announced their engagement last year on Christmas Day, a few weeks before Dan actually popped the question on December 9.

"All I want for Christmas is...," he announced on Instagram, sharing a close-up shot of the ring on Kat's finger.



Kat also took to Instagram to share the same photo, as well as another of the pair happily embracing right after the proposal.

After a “massive year of growth” for his family in 2021, Dan took a moment to reflect on the past year on New Year’s Eve and shared his excitement for the year ahead.

“We had great successes and suffered huge loss. One thing remains the same ‘All roads lead to us’,” he penned in the caption.

“This year more than ever I am beyond grateful for my little team.
