8 huge Home and Away spoilers for next week
What's next in Summer Bay?
Home and Away spoilers follow for UK viewers.
Next week on Home and Away, Mac faces court for her recent crimes.
Elsewhere, Theo is devastated when he's wrongly accused of cheating, while Nikau suffers a nasty accident at the beach.
Here's a full collection of eight big moments coming up.
1. Mac's fate is revealed
On the day of Mac's court hearing over the illegal poker nights, Felicity finds a surprising letter from her boss. Mac is expecting a prison sentence, so she has asked Felicity to run Salt while she's away.
In the end, Mac is given a lenient punishment, walking free with a good behaviour bond. Felicity confronts Mac for trying to dump Salt on her without warning, but Mac insists that she chose Flick because she trusts her.
2. Mac prepares to move on from Salt
Mac and Felicity team up to find an investor for Salt. Mac speaks to a potential candidate, but soon realises that she doesn't want a stranger interfering in her vision for the business.
Mac decides that it's time to sell Salt instead, which gives Felicity an idea as she rushes out to meet Cash.
3. Justin reports Theo for cheating
Justin celebrates when Theo receives a distinction for his latest assignment. Leah recognises that Justin seems overinvested in her nephew's success, so she correctly accuses him of writing the assignment himself.
Justin confirms that he went overboard by helping Theo, but he's unaware that Theo later wrote up his own assignment and submitted that instead. Leah insists that they must teach Theo a lesson in honesty by reporting him for breaking the rules.
4. Justin realises his terrible mistake
Theo receives a disciplinary call following Justin's decision to 'fess up. He's devastated and sets the record straight with Justin, explaining that he rewrote the assignment and didn't cheat after all.
A mortified Justin tries to clarify the messy situation with Theo's tutor, but it's too late as the young mechanic now has a cloud of suspicion hanging over him.
Later in the week, Theo is told that he can prove himself by sitting an exam under strict test conditions. This news doesn't go down well, as a nervous Theo isn't sure that he'd be able to cope under the pressure.
5. Tane faces difficult questions from Chloe
Chloe helps out Tane with the gym, but her admin work leads her to discover how much Ari and Mia paid for the business. She's unsure how they managed this without a loan or any known savings.
Tane warns Chloe that if she keeps digging over this, she may not like what she finds. Chloe refuses to listen and soon realises that Ari and Mia used the money from the armed robbery to fund their future.
6. Rose reaches a crossroads
Rose considers leaving Summer Bay, hating the ongoing awkwardness over her feelings for Cash. This comes just as Xander wants to move into the pier apartment with Rose, cementing their fresh start in Summer Bay.
Rose ultimately decides to stick around, but she takes positive steps towards moving on from Cash by agreeing to a date with charming newcomer Tex. Xander questions this, but Rose declares that it's time to start a new chapter and Tex is like a breath of fresh air.
7. Nikau gets injured
Nikau faces another busy day at work due to a first aid incident on the beach. When he tries to retrieve the surfer's board, he accidentally steps on a sea urchin. John insists that Nikau needs to go to hospital to get checked out.
Nikau ends up being treated by Naomi, who turns out to be a nurse at the hospital. John notices a growing warmth between Nikau and Naomi as they spend time together, and he wonders whether it could develop into something more.
8. Tex faces trouble with Marilyn
Marilyn is irritated when handyman Tex turns up late for a shift. John defends Tex, pointing out that he selflessly helped out with the first aid incident on the beach.
Marilyn continues to question Tex's work ethic, but when Tex reveals that he has already completed her list of jobs, Marilyn realises she may have misjudged him.
Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.
