Hollyoaks star Jacob Roberts teases darker side to Damon Kinsella

"Justice for Brody, and revenge on Warren!"

As the truth comes out about Warren killing Brody on Hollyoaks, Jacob Roberts has teased a darker side for his character Damon

This comes after Sienna overhears Warren admitting his crime and recruits Damon to help out with planning revenge for Brody's death.

Speaking to Inside Soap, Roberts said that Damon is dubious of Sienna's claims when she first approaches him about them as "she always tells porky pies" but soon he's convinced enough and has plans to confront Warren about it.

Hollyoaks star Jennifer Metcalfe calls for Silas Blissett to return

"Damon goes to confront Warren, but of course he's a bit worried because Warren's the local gangster. He wants to ask Warren straight up and see the look in his eyes – that's when it clicks."

As Sienna is left stunned by her discovery, she seeks to get revenge on Brody's murderer and enlists Damon's help in joining the "dark side".

"They never got on, but the more they work together, the more they understand one another. And they both want the same thing… justice for Brody, and revenge on Warren!"

Hollyoaks stars tease dramatic new stunt storylines

Damon joining Sienna could put his romance with Liberty, and his new family at risk. Liberty wants Damon to adopt Faith (Brody's daughter), which Roberts said is a "a big step" for his character, though he eventually accepts Liberty's offer.

Roberts also teased that "there ends up being a tug of war" between Sienna and Liberty, adding: "It's all very exciting... but soon Damon's going to do something that will cost him a lot."

Damon and Brody were an iconic Hollyoaks duo before Brody's tragic death last year. When Adam Woodward, who played Brody, left the show, he exclusively told  "They started out as enemies, but they formed a bond and friendship."

With this in mind, will Damon stop at nothing to avenge Brody's death, no matter the cost?

Hollyoaks now streams first on All 4, with new episodes dropping each weekday morning. The show airs Mondays to Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, and at 7pm on E4. Selected omnibus episodes are available via Amazon Prime Vide
