Hollyoaks has revealed new details about the apparent death of Wendy Blissett.

A summer trailer for the Channel 4 soap hinted at a demise for Wendy, as cop Saul Reeves is shown saying she has not survived a traffic accident. Viewers should expect more twists in the story as the truth is revealed.

In upcoming scenes, Mercedes has to race into action when Wendy is able to convince Bobby to steal his own passport so she can go through with her kidnapping plans.

Once Sally mentions the hallmarks of notorious killer Silas Blissett, Mercedes realises her son is in serious danger.

Although Mercy is able to get Bobby back, she immediately makes a questionable decision when Wendy begs to see the boy one last time.

Viewers can get a terrifying view of someone watching Wendy's meeting with Mercy, revealing that her devious plot is far from over.

A shocking twist will see the McQueens told that Wendy has been in a fatal car accident  with questions arising over whether Mercedes was responsible.

Bobby is furious at his mum, leading him to pull away from her even more than usual. However, Mercedes realises Silas may be to blame when she finds a frightening message from 'G' on Bobby's tablet.

Will Bobby finally come clean about his secret communication with Silas before his family faces danger from the serial killer?
