Home and Away's Nikau exposes Chloe's lies in tense new scenes

 

Bella hears some home truths.

Home and Away's Nikau Parata gives his girlfriend Bella Nixon a warning over Chloe Anderson on UK screens next week.

Chloe's behaviour has become a cause for concern since the recent death of her stepfather Ari Parata.

Viewers have seen Chloe develop an obsession with Bella, wanting to spend as much time with her as possible. In stark comparison, she seems to be totally avoiding her mother Mia.

In next week's episodes on Channel 5, Dean Thompson tries to make Chloe realise that Mia may be feeling lonely.

This comes after Mia arranges a family dinner for the Paratas and nobody bothers to show up.

Chloe and Nikau both argue over who was responsible for the unfortunate incident, with each blaming the other for not communicating properly with Mia.

Chloe promises to go and see Mia and clear the air, so Nikau encourages her to do it as soon as possible. Secretly, Nikau hopes this will give him some much-needed time alone with Bella.

Later, Dean and his girlfriend Ziggy Astoni both try to force an intervention on Bella.

The couple suggest that Bella needs to set some boundaries with Chloe, as the current situation is becoming worrying.

Bella takes this advice on board and encourages Chloe to focus her attention on Mia for a while.

Chloe seems to take this on board and Bella feels positive over how the conversation went, believing that she has pushed mother and daughter back together.

However, Nikau soon gives Bella soon home truths by revealing that Chloe hasn't spoken to Mia in days and has lied about reaching out to her.

Nikau points out that Chloe is just saying whatever Bella wants to hear, as part of ongoing manipulative behaviour. Nikau has seen this developing for a while, but Bella is shocked.

Bella decides that it's time to lay down the law with Chloe, so she orders her to leave the farmhouse, go home and face her problems.

Chloe tries emotional blackmail by accusing Bella of rejecting her in her time of need, but Bella refuses to back down.

Home and Away airs these scenes on Thursday, May 12 at 1.15pm on Channel 5 and 6pm on 5STAR. First-look screenings air at 6.30pm on 5STAR and the show also streams on My5.
